   Destination Services:

 

We will try to perform any duty asked of us at destination.  Just ask very specifically for what you want.  Don’t assume anything, not even what “door” means.  Be very specific with your questions, answers, and needs.  We will do whatever we can to make those things happen. 

You have to think in terms of:
1. Who does it? 
2. Who pays for it? 

Every service is a combination of these two. We will make PREPAID whatever charges can be prepaid from here on the b/l if you wish.   There will be some duties and expenses at destination that must be performed/paid for at destination. We will do our very best to pay for any service you want to pay for but it doesn’t work 100% of the time. Agreeing with the consignee on the terms and conditions and keeping us involved will ensure that you get exactly what you want.  Unless you are paying the taxes, there is no such thing as a real door to door shipment where you arrange and pay for everything and that the consignee just has to open his garage door when the cargo gets there.  But we can come pretty close if we all work together.
